Aiming to foster significant breakthroughs in scientific development, technological advancement, innovation, and digital transformation within the fields of natural resources, environment, and agriculture, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Resources and Environment is honored to host the 7th Scientific Conference – 2025 with the following details:

“Resources, Environment, and Agriculture in the Digital Era and Sustainable Development”
2. Main Topics of the Conference:
- Digital transformation in the fields of Natural Resources, Environment, and Agriculture
- Application of Artificial Intelligence in the fields of Natural Resources, Environment, and Agriculture
- Smart management in the fields of Natural Resources, Environment, and Agriculture
- Climate change adaptation and disaster prevention
- Strategies for green growth, green economy, digital economy, and circular economy
- New energy and materials towards sustainable development
- Environmental protection solutions
3. The conference’s Themes:
- Theme 1: Technology and Sustainable Smart Agriculture & Environmental Management
- Theme 2: Land administration in conditions of organic agriculture
- Theme 3: Geospatial Science in the Digital Era
- Theme 4: Applications of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation in Resources, Environment, and Agriculture
- Theme 5: Applied Earth Sciences and Resource Management – Climate Change Adaptation
- Theme 6: New Material Technologies and Renewable Energy for Sustainable Development
- Theme 7: Green Economy and Circular Economy Development
- Theme 8: Geospatial Intelligence for Smart Agriculture, Natural Resources, Environment and Disaster Management
4. Format of Organization:
- The conference will be organized in both in-person and online formats.
- Languages used: Vietnamese or English.
- Scientific reports will be presented in the form of scientific articles, oral presentations, or poster presentations.
- Qualified papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN index (published by the Science and Technology Publishing House).
- High-quality papers will be submitted to peer-reviewed scientific journals for publication, including:
- Environment Magazine (approved by the National Council for Professor Title, scored 0.25 – 0.5 points)

- Journal of Geodesy and Cartography (Theme 3 – scored 0.5 points by the National Council for Professor Title)
- Journal of Meteorology and Hydrology (Theme 5 – scored 0.75 – 1.0 points by the National Council for Professor Title)
- Science and Technology Development Journal, VNU-HCM – Earth and Environmental Sciences (Theme 5 – scored 0.75 – 1.0 points by the National Council for Professor Title)
5. Information on Submission of Conference Papers:
The abstract should not exceed 350 words and must be written in either Vietnamese or English (including 3–5 keywords). Authors should submit their abstracts via the links https://khcn.hcmunre.edu.vn/en/abstract-submission/ before Jun 30, 2025. Please refer to Appendix 1 for detailed guidelines.
The Conference Organizing Committee will notify authors of the abstract acceptance results before June 30 2025.
Authors whose abstracts are accepted must submit the full text of their papers via website link https://khcn.hcmunre.edu.vn/en/full-paper-submission/ before August 15, 2025.

- Format of the full paper: Please refer to Appendix 1 for detailed formatting instructions.
- Presentation format at the Conference: Oral presentation.
- Each presenter will have 15 minutes for Oral presentation, followed by 10 minutes for discussion.
- Authors are responsible for designing their own presentation slides using PowerPoint software and presenting according to the schedule arranged by the Organizing Committee.
6. Conference Participation Fees:
- Conference participation fee: Free of charge;
- Publication fee for papers in the conference proceedings with an ISBN index: Free of charge;
- Publication fee for papers in scientific journals: Authors are responsible for the cost (depending on the journal’s regulations);
- Accommodation and travel expenses for participants: Covered by the sending organization or by the participants themselves.
7. Conference Date: Tentatively scheduled for Friday, November 14, 2025.
8. Venue: The Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Resources and Environment – Campus 3, Nhon Duc Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City.
