In the afternoon of June 10, 2025, at Hall A, Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Resources and Environment (HCMUNRE) held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with the Yeongwol Industrial Promotion Agency from South Korea. The ceremony was attended by university leaders, faculty members, staff, and representatives from the Yeongwol Industrial Promotion Agency and Bizwell Co., Ltd.

The ceremony was conducted in a dignified and professional manner, underscoring the firm commitment of both parties to advancing international collaboration, particularly in the domains of scientific research, environmental technology, and sustainable developmentRepresenting HCMUNRE were:

In a respectful and collaborative atmosphere, representatives from HCMUNRE, Yeongwol Industrial Promotion Agency, and Bizwell Co., Ltd. participated in the MOU signing ceremony. This marks an important step in enhancing cooperation between the two parties and opens the door for joint projects on sustainable research and technology development.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Huynh Quyen, President of HCMUNRE, and Mr. Eum Kwang Yeol, President of the Yeongwol Industrial Promotion Agency, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). The agreement focuses on strengthening cooperation in scientific research, environmental technology, and sustainable development. Both sides discussed and agreed on academic exchange programs, joint research initiatives, and business collaboration plans as outlined in the previously signed MOU. This step plays a vital role in bringing practical and positive results to both sides.

Following the signing ceremony, representatives delivered closing remarks, expressing confidence in the potential for deeper future collaboration. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hoang Nghiem, Vice Rector of HCMUNRE, reaffirmed the university’s commitment to fostering and expanding international partnerships, especially with strategic partners like the Yeongwol Industrial Promotion Agency. Mr. Eum Kwang Yeol also shared his expectations for this cooperation, hoping to contribute to the development of advanced and sustainable technologies that meet the needs of both parties.
