On the afternoon of March 5, 2025, a working meeting took place in Meeting Room A of Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Resources and Environment (HCMUNRE) with the delegation from Vinak Wisetech Co., Ltd., Taiwan. The purpose of the meeting was to introduce advanced scientific and technological equipment and solutions, as well as management software systems applicable in operations and education.

The meeting was attended by Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thi Van Ha – Dean of the Faculty of Environment; Dr. Tran Thanh Tam – Deputy Head of the Department of Science, Technology Management and External Relations; Dr. Thai Phuong Vu – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Environment; Lecturer Le Tuan Thu and Lecturer Dang Kim Lien – Faculty of Information Technology, along with other university staff members.

Representing Vinak Wisetech Co., Ltd., Taiwan were Mr. Kevin Huang – Director of Vinak Wisetech; Ms. Lena – Sales Manager from NexCobot; Mr. Wayne – Motion Control Application Engineer from NexCobot; Mr. Kevin – Business Development Manager from NexAIoT; and Ms. Linh – Assistant to the Director of Vinak Wisetech.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed the following proposed contents:
- Introduction of equipment to support operational and research activities in the environmental sector.
- Introduction of services related to system operation and data analysis.
Vinak Wisetech Co., Ltd. is known for its expertise in providing comprehensive industrial computer solutions, Industry 4.0 services, motion control solutions, data collection and processing services, and integrated solutions addressing operational issues such as wastewater and air quality management.
The University currently operates various facilities whose applications align with the research interests of Vinak Wisetech. Therefore, the University highly welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with Vinak Wisetech to upgrade infrastructure (hardware systems) and enhance software applications, thereby improving teaching quality and enabling students to access advanced environmental analysis technologies

Through this meeting, both parties exchanged valuable information and expressed intentions to collaborate on future research projects. Plans were also discussed for setting up demo equipment to introduce and facilitate access to these technologies for students and faculty members of the University.
